Raspberry Orange Smoothie
This is a fancy little pink drink I blended up the other day for myself and Simon, and yes it is a smoothie. It’s packed with flavor AND nutrition! I liken the taste to a candy I have never had; sweet yet tart. You may have caught on (if you follow me here) that I do not add additional sugar to our smoothies. Fruit was designed with the right balance of sugar and fiber. If you’re used to something sweeter, I’d suggest adding another ripe banana or a drop or two of this liquid stevia. This smoothie is great first thing in the morning for breakfast, as a mid morning snack or post workout. Try it after THIS 10 minute yoga practice!
