I am a crunchy, baby-wearing, coffee obsessed Mama who also happens to be a Wellness Advocate and Yoga Enthusiast. I share quick & healthy recipes (that are TASTY too) to help you live a healthier lifestyle! I also demonstrate ways to begin and maintain a Yoga Practice, whether you have or haven’t got one already. I am here to encourage and empower you to take care of your Wellness Journey with quick tips & ideas.

Here are some fun facts about me! I am the oldest of 3 girls and the only one with straight-ish hair(there is a funky wave pattern in the back). My maiden name is Outlaw. I was home-schooled off and on from Kindergarten through eleventh grade. My first official trick-or-treat was this year with my 16 month old son, Simon. I’m Simon’s Mama and am married to his handsome daddy. Crafting or making anything in general is what my soul enjoys most as it gives me time to slow down and focus on the simple things. I am currently quilting a beginner’s baby quilt. I absolutely love coffee, have temporarily gone without it and decided it is meant to stay in my life. I worked at Starbucks over a 5 year period. I love food and enjoy cooking up new recipes for YOU. I spent a semester in Culinary school and worked as a line cook for a bit. < The latter was super stressful, but a wonderful experience that made me desperate for yoga. I finished my 200 hour Power Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2014. Now I make time to reduce stress with yoga and my favorite essential oils.
